We currently ship across India.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message with tracking details.
Please ensure your address and contact details are correct — Panda Products will not be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information.
6. Returns & Refunds
As our candles are handcrafted and made to order, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging.
We will assess and replace the product or issue a refund at our discretion.
7. Custom & Bulk Orders
Custom or bulk orders (including personalized candles and hampers) are confirmed only after full or partial advance payment.
Such orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
Any design, fragrance, or packaging details will be discussed and approved before production.
